Code of Ethics

I promptly inform the coachee when the issues presented fall outside the scope of my expertise and, if appropriate, I refer them to a qualified health professional.
I ensure absolute confidentiality regarding the identity of my clients, their personal information, and the content of our sessions. For instance, all session notes and records are kept in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
I am committed to maintaining an optimal balance between closeness and professional distance in my relationship with the coachee, in order to support our collaboration and prevent any form of dependency.
I show deep respect for the ideological, cultural, religious, and personal choices of each coachee, without judgment or evaluation.
I clearly communicate the reasons why a coaching collaboration may not be possible. This may include conflicts of interest, a fundamental ideological gap, or other circumstances that prevent me from fully mobilizing my resources to support the coachee.
As a certified coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as member of ICF Greece Chapter, I am committed to upholding the ethical standards and professional practices defined by the organization.
