Workshops offer an engaging and experiential learning environment where participants explore a specific topic through a combination of knowledge sharing, guided reflection, discussion and practical activities. While they include educational content and evidence-based insights, equal importance is given to personal reflection, self-awareness and meaningful conversations that encourage participants to connect new ideas with their own experiences and everyday lives.
Workshops may be facilitated by me individually or co-created in collaboration with other professionals, depending on the theme and objectives. They can be designed around wellbeing, personal development, lifestyle, resilience, emotional wellbeing, communication, creativity or other areas of interest. The examples below are illustrative and represent some of the themes I am particularly passionate about.
