Group Coaching

Group coaching supports individuals in working on personal or professional goals within a small, facilitated group, while remaining fully centred on each participant’s own agenda. It combines structured coaching with the richness of shared reflection, collective intelligence, and relational learning. Participants benefit from group support, encouragement, and shared accountability, as well as from hearing diverse perspectives that often generate new insights and broaden self-awareness. The group dynamic helps normalize challenges, reduce isolation, and strengthen motivation, making progress more consistent and sustainable over time.

In addition to goal-focused work, group coaching offers a valuable opportunity to practice openness, trust, and authentic self-expression within a safe and professionally held space. Participants naturally develop active listening, presence, and respectful communication, while becoming more aware of their own patterns of interaction. The group setting fosters empathy, perspective-taking, and constructive feedback, and supports the principles of non-violent communication through attentive listening, clear expression, and mutual respect.

The same professional approach, methodology, and ethical framework apply to group coaching as to individual coaching, in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) principles. The coach facilitates a confidential, non-judgmental environment that supports psychological safety and equal voice, while each participant remains responsible for their own goals, choices, and actions. All members of the group commit to confidentiality, respect, and professional conduct throughout the process.

Group sessions take place either on site, in my office, with a maximum of five participants, or online via Zoom or Google Meet, with groups limited to twelve participants. Session themes are defined well in advance and may be proposed by the coach or co-created by the group, ensuring clarity, relevance, and intentional focus.
