I was born in Corfu where I currently live. I have dual citizenship, Greek and French. I hold a BA in Languages and Translation from the Ionian University and the University of Strasbourg. Among various professional training programs in the field of education, I completed a Train-the-Trainer program (grant from the French Institute of Athens) at the University of Besançon (CLA), France, and earned an MA in Education in a Multicultural Environment from the University of Tours, France.
I have taught French as a foreign language at the French Institute of Athens (3 academic years), at the Ionian University (3 academic years), and at the language school Ecole Apollinaire, which I founded and co-directed for 23 years. I have also worked as a freelance translator and interpreter. I have served as Honorary Consul of France in Corfu for 12 years and I still serve as security agent for the French community and visitors (Chef d’îlot) since 2010. I am also actively involved as an entrepreneur in the tourism sector.
Building upon my academic background and professional experience in education and personal development, I pursued extensive training in the field of coaching.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the ICF Greece Chapter, where I serve as Membership Committee Lead.
In the field of coaching, I completed the six-month Certificate in Coaching (AC Accredited, 150 hours) at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC). I also completed the nine-month Coaching and Ecotherapy program (450 hours) at the University of West Attica, the twelve-month Diploma in Positivity Personal and Executive Coaching by Positivity Global Coaching, an ICF-accredited program, as well as the seven-month Health, Wellness, Fitness & Longevity Coaching program (400 hours) at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
In addition, I have completed evidence-based courses from institutions such as Yale University and Harvard Medical School, including the nine-week course The Science of Well-Being and the nine-week course Lose Weight and Keep It Off. These studies have strengthened the scientific and evidence-based perspective that I integrate into my coaching practice.
Currently, I am attending the Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching Mastery, an ICF Level 2 program designed as a pathway toward the PCC credential, as well as the Diploma in Team Coaching at Positivity Global Coaching, a designated pathway toward the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
Today, I work as a self-employed Life, Career & Wellness Coach, supporting individuals in creating meaningful, sustainable change and achieve their personal and professional goals.
I regularly practice tennis and Pilates, and occasionally engage in downhill skiing, horseback riding, and hiking.
